FST Logistics Selects Onward Robotics Automation Solution to Drive Fulfillment Efficiency and Innovation for its 3PL Customers
Leading Third Party Logistics Provider Partners with Onward Robotics to Optimize Order Fulfillment with Meet Me® Automation Technology

Onward Robotics, the pioneering mobile robotics and software company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to provide its Meet Me® automation solution to FST Logistics, a full-service third party logistics provider. FST Logistics will leverage Onward Robotics’ revolutionary Pyxis software and Lumabot® autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to automate order fulfillment processes and enable its customers to meet the increasing demands of today’s complex e-commerce, warehousing, and supply chain needs.
Deploying in the first half of 2025, Onward Robotics’ Meet Me automation platform will boost efficiency by reducing travel time and increasing capacity for high volume payloads in FST’s Columbus, Ohio warehousing facility, where the 3PL manages the supply chains of emerging brands in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and other rapidly-growing industries.
FST Logistics will deploy Onward’s innovative Pyxis technology, which uses proprietary algorithms to intelligently manage picker and robot workflows, ensuring the most efficient flow of goods throughout the fulfillment process. Directed by a wearable device, pickers will interact with Lumabot’s easy and intuitive put-to-light shelving, reducing human error, ensuring order accuracy, and driving efficiency for increased customer satisfaction.
