In her role as vice president of people operations at Onward Robotics, Juliana Naugle is responsible for attracting, onboarding, developing, and retaining the company’s talented team as the business continues to grow. Jewls leverages her leadership experience developing human resource programs for companies like Matthews International, Highmark, and Amare Medical Network.

Jewls specializes in building a strong culture at growing organizations, and has spearheaded the company’s hiring practices based on its vision, mission, and core values. Devoted to providing excellence in people operations, Jewls has top tier training including a Six-Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a TopGrading Recruitment certification. She holds a master of business administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree in business management and human resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
